Yes, The World Cup

The World Cup is closer than ever. I have been waiting for this moment 4 long years, and finally the moment has come. I have the hope that this World Cup is going to be the best of all times doe to the great level that all teams offer. I think that the two more complete teams are Spain and England.

Spain has many of the best players of the world and in 2008 they won the Euro which is supposed to be a World Cup without Brazil and Argentina. They posses the best midfielders of the world such as Iniesta, Xabi, Cesc Fabregas and Xabi Alonso ho are without a doubt some of the best players in the world. Iker Casillas is the best goalkeeper of the world so the defense will be secure during all the World Cup. They are the favorite team to win the cup but, this favoritism can become in a great weight for the players because they are getting to South Africa knowing they have to accomplish all the expectations.

At the same time Brazil has excellent players like Kaka, Robinho and Maicon. Each player of the national team is the star in its team so it makes almost impossible to defeat a team that is so solid. Last World Cup Brazil was eliminated in a very strange match by France with a goal of Terry Henry. This is why Brazil is reaching this World Cup with hunger of victory.

We are less than one month away from South Africa and I am sure that it is going to be a great demonstration of good soccer. I could assure that at least on of those two teams is going to reach the final because they are the to best teams of the world today.

The Uefa Champions League

Last Saturday it was played the final of The Champions LEague at el Santiago Bernabeu. Internazionale de MIlan had to play against Bayer MUnich. It seemed a promising game because both teams had won everything they had won in the year.

Bayer MUnich had to play the game without Rivery, one of its best players, but still it had great players as Robben DEmichelis and Klose. They had difeated Lyon in the semifinals in a very tight game. At the same time Internazionale had great players like Etto, MIlito and Sniejder that are some of the best players in the world.

Inter was the clear favorite to win the cup because in Semifinals they had defeated the best team of the world, Barcelona. THe game stared and as it was supposed Inter had control of the game.

At the end of the first halve Sneijder made an incredible passs to Milito ho increidbly scored a great goal. The game was a tigh game but Inter was superior. BAyer had some other clear opportunities but werent able to concrete. So the Inter took advantage of this and with a great play of Milito they were able to score the second goal giving a end to the game.

THe player of the game was Diego Milito ho scored the two goals of the night.

Bad decisitions= Bad Results

Yesterday was one of the saddest and more depressing days in my life. I really have a big passion for Real Madird and get really emotional in their victories and in their looses, but yesterday everything changed. Los Merengues lost their match against Barcelona at El Santiago Bernabeu. I had been waiting for that match since 6 months ago with the hope that we could win the match and win the League, but this didn't happen.

I don't want to remember the match so I am not going to put all the highlights but Ill just say that Barcelona won 2-0 with one goal of Messi in the first half and one of Pedro in the second half. At the same time Madrid also had many clear opportunities like Van der Varts and Cristianos in the second half.

I'm not being selfish but i think that the fault should go the coach Manuel Peligrini ho took the wrong decision from the beginning of the game. At first he gave the opportunity to Gago and Benzema of playng and we all now that this 2 players are not on their best moment while Lassan Diarra and Granero are passing threw their best moments and they didn't give them the opportunity of playng.

I'm not in the mood for talking more about the match so I just want to give my conclusion... The game was a game to forget and I am sure that all the Madrids fans are passing threw a hard moment but I am sure we while be able to overpass this bad moment.

61 Days Away from The World Cup

Its hard to believe, but we are closser than ever to South African World Cup. All the players are giving their best at all matches to be choosen by their coaches to represetn their countries. Many others have the bad luck of injuring for The world Cup, like David Beckam that last month injured his toe and isnt going to be able to play the Wolrd Cup.
They are many good teas but without a dout the oes that have the more opportunities are Spain, Brasil, England and finally Netherland that have some the best players of the world. At the same time other teams like Portugal, Argentina, Germany and many others have clear chances to make a good appereance.
My personal opionion is that Spain and Brasil are goint to play in the final and Spain is going to win his first World Cup agaisnt Brasil eith a score of 3-1.

Finally the Great Game

This Saturday morning is going to be the morning that all the soccer world fans around the world are waiting for. The most waited game of all the season is going to take place at El Santiago Bernabeu. The team ho wins this match will win the League, ho will it be?... Real Madrid or Barcelona? Real Madrid hasn't loose a match this season in Madrid but still Barcelona has great players like Zlatan, Xabi, Iniesta and finally Messi ho is in the moment the best player of the world without a doubt.

The first duel of this two teams was played in Camp New and Barcelona won in a very close game 1-0 with a great goal of Zlatan, but now everything changes, its a different arena and all the worlds eyes are going to be put on this wonderful game. If Madrid looses I am sure I will enter a serious depression because we already got eliminated from The Champions and La Copa del Rey so its our last Trophy possible to win this year.

I just hope that Higuian scores at least 2 goals in the first half so that I can have a nice time the rest of the weekend because if we loose I am not sure what kind of reaction I can take.

Yes, it is Possible

As I said before Real Madrid was eliminated from THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE two weeks ago. The only cup they can still win this year is the LIGA so the team has to put all of its effort to make this possible. In the twenty-seventh match of the LIGA they had to play against Sporting which was clearly not the hardest game of the season. The game was played in El Santiago Bernabeu and Real Madrid had to win due to Barcelona's victory early in the morning.

The game stared and as it was expected Sporting played with half of its team defending making it almost impossible for Real Madrid to score. It was slow game but in the fifty-two minute something unbelievable happened Barral scored a goal for Sporting making the score 1-0. IT seemed that the game was going to end with that result the Merengues needed to improve their way of playng to be able to give another victory to the team.

The team was able to reorganize very fast and two minutes after Rafa Van Der Vart scored a goal that for many wasn't the best but still made the difference in the game. Their was still time to play and the players knew that the victory was possible so they tried their best to accomplish their goal. They began to play an awesome game and one minute after the last goal Xabi Alonso scored the second goal of the team making the score 2-1. The players and the fans were much calmed and knew that the victory was almost secure.

Real Madrid controlled the game and they did what they wanted. In the sixty-seventh minute Higuian received the ball about 40 meters away from the court and was able to elude opponents until he faced the golly scoring the fourth and last goal of the night.

Real Madrid was able to win and was calmed once again They are still tied with Barcelona at the top of the League and are playng very well.

Once Again Defeated

Its hard to say but, Real Madrid hasn't been able to pass the round of best sixteen in The Uefa Champions League.

You may be asking yourself why hadn't I post in so many time... the thing is that last Wednesday it was one of the saddest afternoons for me and for all the Real Madrids fans. I just wasn't in the mood to write of what had happened. This year final is going to be played in El Santiago Bernabeu so it was all the fans hope that the team could reach the final to see this historical match.

Los Merengues had to play the second match against Lyon in EL Santiago Bernabeu. I was totally sure that the team was going to play a great match and that we were going to advance to the best eighth teams of Europe. The day stared and at school I couldn't stop talking about the game, I got in discussions with other friends and even bet money in favor of Los Merengues.

As I said before Lyon had win the first game 1-0 in French territory so La Casa Blanca had to attack Lyon from the first minute of the game.

The game stared how I supposed and how I wanted to be, Real Madrid created many clear opportunities in the first fifteen minutes but weren't able to concrete. In the nineteenth minute Guti made a beautiful pass to Cristiano Ronaldo that with his left leg open the score of the match. I was happier than ever but very deep I felt nervous because I knew that if Lyon made on goal everything would be over.

The minutes passed and the team missed more and more opportunities. Gonzalo Higuain had the clearest opportunity, he was able to elude the goaly but when he face the court he failed, the ball hitted the post. I got really mad and really nervous because in soccer their is a famous quote that says " El que no hace los goles los ve hacer". I knew that in any moment Lyon could surprise Iker Casillas and win the match.

The game passed and each moment I was getting more nervous. In the seventy fife minute the worst thing possible happened Lyon scored a goal and all the world was in silence. "Real Madrid was being eliminated from the Champions" the newspapers around the world said Thursday morning.

At that moment Pelligrini took the decisition of letting play Raul, sadly it was to late he should of taken this decition from the begging of the second half. The game ended and once again Real Madrid was eliminated in the round of sixteen.

Now that the team has been eliminated from The Champions they have to focus in La Liga. This weekend they won their match 4-1 with 3 great goals of Gonzalo Higuain. I wont talk of this match because I'm just not in the mood to keep talking of the team that sadly was defeated last weak in the most important club tournament around the world

YES FINALLY!

As I said before Los Merengues used to be two points away from Barcelona. Barcelona tied in its game yesterday. It was Madrids opportunity to win against Sevilla in El Santiago Bernabeu and reach Barcelona in the top of the league. Sevilla was one of the only teams that can beat Madrid as they did before this same year in the league.

The game stared and Sevilla start attacking from the start and in the ninth minute with a mistake from Xabi Alonso Sevilla was able to open the score. The fist half passed very fast and without many options to both teams. It seemed that the game was going to end 1-0 but in the fifty-one minute with a powerfull shot Casillas was surprised and the score was 2-0. All the people stared thinking it was the end, that the team wasn't going to be able to win the game.

Real Madrid changed in a drastic way and eigth minutes after Cristiano Ronaldo was able to concrete a nice goal. The team stared playng in an awesome way and in the sixty-three minute with a corner made by Rafa Van Der Vaart, Sergio Ramos made a goal leaving the score tied and with twenty-seven minutes to play.

The minutes passed and nothing happened and with 1 minute to play Higuain made a beautiful pass to Van Der Vaart ho was able to score the fifth goal of the nigh leaving the score 3-2.

Finally after 2 long years Real Madrid is at the top of the League. I'm shure that this year Real Madrid is going to win la Liga.

Closer than Ever

Real Madrid used to be 2 points away from Barcelona in the top of the league. In the past games Barcelona had been closed to loose but with the incredible talent of their players they had been able to win this games leaving the positions the same way.

The just finished their game against Almeria in Almeria's stadium and with an incredible game of Almeria they were able to leave the game tied 2-2. Real Madrid now has to play against Sevilla in Sevilla and of they win they would reach Barcelona in the top of the league.

Lionel Messi played an awesome game and was able to score 2 goals...

Now it all depends to Real Madrid if they are able to win we will tie Barcelona and be closer than ever to win the league. I think that we are going to tie and in the future games pass Barcelona to become the champion of LA LIGA 2009-2010

2010 South Africa

Its incredible to believe that we are just 98 days away from the world cup!!!... its just amazing. As you may know last World Cup was a total surprise to all the world because nobody though that Italy was going to win. Maybe this World Cup ends with another big surprise but I personally think that the Cup is going to be lifted by Iker Casillas.

Their are 4 teams that are at an incredible level and that at the same time have the best players of the world. Spain, Brazil, England and Netherlands. I am 90 % shure that 2 of this teams are going to face in the final. I hope that Spain versus Brazil, it will be the most beautiful game that I would always see in my life. I am not going to lie... I prefer Spain National team almost the same as the Colombian so I would feel happier than ever if they could win their fist World Cup.

At the same time this 4 teams cant feel winners before the Cup, in the World Cup of U.S.A 1994 Colombia was the favorite team to win the trophy but they played awfully and didn't pass the first round.

Their are also many other good teams that can be the surprise of the World Cup such as Argentina ho is facing a terrible moment, maybe Paraguay or ho knows, maybe it can be the first time and African team wins the Cup.

I think that this World Cup is going to stay in the memory of all the living people, and I just fill very happy and nervous of what is coming.

The Perfect National Team

As you know I usually write about Real Madrid but I also support Spain national team and yesterday their was a friendly match between France and Spain. The game was played in France territory and 60 years had passed since Spain defeated France in their territory.

In 2008 Spain won the EURO against Germany 1-0 with an incredible goal of Fernando Torres. Since that moment the team has transformed to one of the best 3 teams of the world. It has a perfect team with the best goaly (Casillas), the best middle-fielders (Xabi, Iniesta, Fabregas and Xabi Alonso) and finally it has some of the best 2 strikers of the world ( Fernando Torres and David Villa).

They faced a difficult game against France that hasn't been able to reach his best level after the 2nd place in 2oo6 World Cup, while Spain is facing his best moment of all times. Spain had to win to prove his great moment but at the same time France had to win in to prove to his people and to the world that they were back again.

Finally the game stared, it seemed that it was going to be a beautiful game.In the 20th minute Iniesta received the ball and without thinking it twice he made an awesome pass to David Villa (Valencia) who passed it threw the left leg of the golly making the score 1-0. It seemed the first half was going to end like that but in the last minute Sergio Ramos ( Real Madrid ) made an incredible shot that left the French golly with any opportunity of reaching thee ball living the score 2-0.

The 2 half wasn't as exiting, France did all possible to tie the game but its almost impossible to defeat Spain in this time. Finally the game ended and Spain won for first time in 60 years in French territory.

The Past is Better than the Present

Many people around the world are thinking that Barcelona has the best team of history, that it is a perfect team and that its imposible to defeat them.

Just because they had a great season it doesnt mean that its the best team in history.

Maybe this past years havent been the best for the club (REal Madrid) but still we are the best team of all times, results talk by themselves. Real Madrid is the onle team in the history of U.C.L that has won 5 championships in a row. This is something that I am shure that no team will ever complete this great accomplishment. Many people forgget of the past and just think of the future but Real Madrid had in his team Alfredo Di Esteffano (Played in Millonarios before Real Madrid) wich is one of the best players of all times and with hime the were able to win all possible tournaments.

We are the most tournaments wineer team around all europe and we will always be, just because a team wins 4 tournaments in a year doesnt mean that people can start talking about the best team in history.

This is why Real Madrid is the best and will always be the best team not only in Europe but of all the world.

A Perfect Score

It seemed a difficult game but in the 18th minute Cristiano Ronaldo scored a perfect goal. 2 minutes after a penalty was commited to Gonzalo Higuain, it was Kakas opportunity to appear in the match. Everything seemed perfect but in minute 30 Marco Senna with an incredible and powerfull shot that surprised Iker Casillas and left the score 2-1 to the half time.

The second half stared and in the 54th minute Gonzalo Higuain scored a perfect goal with a fantastic pass of Cristiano Ronaldo. It was a perfect score but in the 66th minute an incredible play of El Villareal left the score 3-2. At any moment the game could get tied but in the 70th minute Cristiano Ronald received the ball and passed it to Marcelo,he made an awesome pass to Gonzalo Higauian that without thinking it twice made a crossed shot and left the score 4-2.

Their were 10 minutes left and Cristiano Ronaldo made an incredible play, and without thinking it twice gave the ball to Kaka. Kaka with a powerful shot was able to score his second goal of the night. Xabi Alonso was able to play since the 2nd halve and in the minute 87 he had the opportunity of scoring a penalty. He kicked to the right and scored the last goal of the night leaving the score 6-2.

For many fans, including me it has been the best game of Cristiano Ronaldo since he entered La Casa Blanca. He scored a beautiful goal and was able to make to perfect assistance's.

The Uefa Champions League is the most important cvlub tournament in the world. Real MAdrid hasent won this tournament since 2001 and hasent passed to the best 16 since the last 5 tournaments.

Last Tuesday Real MAdrid had to play aggainst Lyon in France. It was a hard game because this team becomes very powerfull in their territory. The game was very close and both teams had many oportunities along the game. At the begginig of the 2nd half Makoun did a beutifull shot that was impossible for Iker Casillas to stop. The score was 1-0 and Real Madrid stared attacking Lyon as it had never done it in the game. The game ended an Lyon won 1-0 the first match, in March 16 they will play again but this time in Spain were Real Madrid hassent lost a match this season.

It is going to be a very interesting game becuas Madrid has to win by 2 goal difference to continue with life in the tournament.

A great Round

As you should know this weekend was one of the best in the last years for los Merengues. In Saturday they had to visit Geres, it wasent the hardest game but as well it wasent the easiest. The game stared with a great goal of Arbeloa. After Ricardo Kaka connected 2 great passes to Cristina Ronaldo making the score 3-0. The match ended with a victory to Real Madrid by 3-0, but they had to wait for Barcelonas result that played Sunday against Ateltico de Madrid in Santiago Calderon.

This game was going to e the hardest game to Barcelona of all the season to the moment, they faiced a powerfull team and didnt have many important players in the field. The game stared with a great goal of Diego Forlan and the one of the great goals of the year by Simao. It was the perfect result for REal Madrid but in the second halve Zlatan made a fantastci goal making the match 2-1. Finally the game was over and Barcelona lost.

This leaves Real MAdrid just 2 points away from the Barcelona so the Liga is mutch closer to los Merengues than what it youse to be.

In Saturday "los Merengues" recieved in EL Santiago Bernabeu the Español. They had win to stay close to Barcelona. It seemed an easy game but wasent as easy as it looke like.
All the times this plays it has to accomplish many espectavives from their fans becuase it has the best players of the world.
The game was very boring and wasent exited, in the minute 4 Sergio Ramos the righ lateral made a beutifull goal. Later in the 1st half Ricardo Kaka the latest adquirment of the team made the second goal.
In the minute 80 Gonzalo Higuain enterd the field and in the minute 91 made one of the moste awsome goals I have ever seend giving a happy ending to the game, it was a 3-0
