Yes, it is Possible

As I said before Real Madrid was eliminated from THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE two weeks ago. The only cup they can still win this year is the LIGA so the team has to put all of its effort to make this possible. In the twenty-seventh match of the LIGA they had to play against Sporting which was clearly not the hardest game of the season. The game was played in El Santiago Bernabeu and Real Madrid had to win due to Barcelona's victory early in the morning.

The game stared and as it was expected Sporting played with half of its team defending making it almost impossible for Real Madrid to score. It was slow game but in the fifty-two minute something unbelievable happened Barral scored a goal for Sporting making the score 1-0. IT seemed that the game was going to end with that result the Merengues needed to improve their way of playng to be able to give another victory to the team.

The team was able to reorganize very fast and two minutes after Rafa Van Der Vart scored a goal that for many wasn't the best but still made the difference in the game. Their was still time to play and the players knew that the victory was possible so they tried their best to accomplish their goal. They began to play an awesome game and one minute after the last goal Xabi Alonso scored the second goal of the team making the score 2-1. The players and the fans were much calmed and knew that the victory was almost secure.

Real Madrid controlled the game and they did what they wanted. In the sixty-seventh minute Higuian received the ball about 40 meters away from the court and was able to elude opponents until he faced the golly scoring the fourth and last goal of the night.

Real Madrid was able to win and was calmed once again They are still tied with Barcelona at the top of the League and are playng very well.

Once Again Defeated

Its hard to say but, Real Madrid hasn't been able to pass the round of best sixteen in The Uefa Champions League.

You may be asking yourself why hadn't I post in so many time... the thing is that last Wednesday it was one of the saddest afternoons for me and for all the Real Madrids fans. I just wasn't in the mood to write of what had happened. This year final is going to be played in El Santiago Bernabeu so it was all the fans hope that the team could reach the final to see this historical match.

Los Merengues had to play the second match against Lyon in EL Santiago Bernabeu. I was totally sure that the team was going to play a great match and that we were going to advance to the best eighth teams of Europe. The day stared and at school I couldn't stop talking about the game, I got in discussions with other friends and even bet money in favor of Los Merengues.

As I said before Lyon had win the first game 1-0 in French territory so La Casa Blanca had to attack Lyon from the first minute of the game.

The game stared how I supposed and how I wanted to be, Real Madrid created many clear opportunities in the first fifteen minutes but weren't able to concrete. In the nineteenth minute Guti made a beautiful pass to Cristiano Ronaldo that with his left leg open the score of the match. I was happier than ever but very deep I felt nervous because I knew that if Lyon made on goal everything would be over.

The minutes passed and the team missed more and more opportunities. Gonzalo Higuain had the clearest opportunity, he was able to elude the goaly but when he face the court he failed, the ball hitted the post. I got really mad and really nervous because in soccer their is a famous quote that says " El que no hace los goles los ve hacer". I knew that in any moment Lyon could surprise Iker Casillas and win the match.

The game passed and each moment I was getting more nervous. In the seventy fife minute the worst thing possible happened Lyon scored a goal and all the world was in silence. "Real Madrid was being eliminated from the Champions" the newspapers around the world said Thursday morning.

At that moment Pelligrini took the decisition of letting play Raul, sadly it was to late he should of taken this decition from the begging of the second half. The game ended and once again Real Madrid was eliminated in the round of sixteen.

Now that the team has been eliminated from The Champions they have to focus in La Liga. This weekend they won their match 4-1 with 3 great goals of Gonzalo Higuain. I wont talk of this match because I'm just not in the mood to keep talking of the team that sadly was defeated last weak in the most important club tournament around the world

YES FINALLY!

As I said before Los Merengues used to be two points away from Barcelona. Barcelona tied in its game yesterday. It was Madrids opportunity to win against Sevilla in El Santiago Bernabeu and reach Barcelona in the top of the league. Sevilla was one of the only teams that can beat Madrid as they did before this same year in the league.

The game stared and Sevilla start attacking from the start and in the ninth minute with a mistake from Xabi Alonso Sevilla was able to open the score. The fist half passed very fast and without many options to both teams. It seemed that the game was going to end 1-0 but in the fifty-one minute with a powerfull shot Casillas was surprised and the score was 2-0. All the people stared thinking it was the end, that the team wasn't going to be able to win the game.

Real Madrid changed in a drastic way and eigth minutes after Cristiano Ronaldo was able to concrete a nice goal. The team stared playng in an awesome way and in the sixty-three minute with a corner made by Rafa Van Der Vaart, Sergio Ramos made a goal leaving the score tied and with twenty-seven minutes to play.

The minutes passed and nothing happened and with 1 minute to play Higuain made a beautiful pass to Van Der Vaart ho was able to score the fifth goal of the nigh leaving the score 3-2.

Finally after 2 long years Real Madrid is at the top of the League. I'm shure that this year Real Madrid is going to win la Liga.

Closer than Ever

Real Madrid used to be 2 points away from Barcelona in the top of the league. In the past games Barcelona had been closed to loose but with the incredible talent of their players they had been able to win this games leaving the positions the same way.

The just finished their game against Almeria in Almeria's stadium and with an incredible game of Almeria they were able to leave the game tied 2-2. Real Madrid now has to play against Sevilla in Sevilla and of they win they would reach Barcelona in the top of the league.

Lionel Messi played an awesome game and was able to score 2 goals...

Now it all depends to Real Madrid if they are able to win we will tie Barcelona and be closer than ever to win the league. I think that we are going to tie and in the future games pass Barcelona to become the champion of LA LIGA 2009-2010

2010 South Africa

Its incredible to believe that we are just 98 days away from the world cup!!!... its just amazing. As you may know last World Cup was a total surprise to all the world because nobody though that Italy was going to win. Maybe this World Cup ends with another big surprise but I personally think that the Cup is going to be lifted by Iker Casillas.

Their are 4 teams that are at an incredible level and that at the same time have the best players of the world. Spain, Brazil, England and Netherlands. I am 90 % shure that 2 of this teams are going to face in the final. I hope that Spain versus Brazil, it will be the most beautiful game that I would always see in my life. I am not going to lie... I prefer Spain National team almost the same as the Colombian so I would feel happier than ever if they could win their fist World Cup.

At the same time this 4 teams cant feel winners before the Cup, in the World Cup of U.S.A 1994 Colombia was the favorite team to win the trophy but they played awfully and didn't pass the first round.

Their are also many other good teams that can be the surprise of the World Cup such as Argentina ho is facing a terrible moment, maybe Paraguay or ho knows, maybe it can be the first time and African team wins the Cup.

I think that this World Cup is going to stay in the memory of all the living people, and I just fill very happy and nervous of what is coming.

The Perfect National Team

As you know I usually write about Real Madrid but I also support Spain national team and yesterday their was a friendly match between France and Spain. The game was played in France territory and 60 years had passed since Spain defeated France in their territory.

In 2008 Spain won the EURO against Germany 1-0 with an incredible goal of Fernando Torres. Since that moment the team has transformed to one of the best 3 teams of the world. It has a perfect team with the best goaly (Casillas), the best middle-fielders (Xabi, Iniesta, Fabregas and Xabi Alonso) and finally it has some of the best 2 strikers of the world ( Fernando Torres and David Villa).

They faced a difficult game against France that hasn't been able to reach his best level after the 2nd place in 2oo6 World Cup, while Spain is facing his best moment of all times. Spain had to win to prove his great moment but at the same time France had to win in to prove to his people and to the world that they were back again.

Finally the game stared, it seemed that it was going to be a beautiful game.In the 20th minute Iniesta received the ball and without thinking it twice he made an awesome pass to David Villa (Valencia) who passed it threw the left leg of the golly making the score 1-0. It seemed the first half was going to end like that but in the last minute Sergio Ramos ( Real Madrid ) made an incredible shot that left the French golly with any opportunity of reaching thee ball living the score 2-0.

The 2 half wasn't as exiting, France did all possible to tie the game but its almost impossible to defeat Spain in this time. Finally the game ended and Spain won for first time in 60 years in French territory.
